  • The best way to contact us is by emailing info@compasscc.org, or by clicking the "Register" button in the top right corner of our website. You may also leave us a voicemail at (314) 246-9277. Please expect 1-2 business days to get a response. Because we do not have a dedicated office manager or receptionist, and our therapists are often in sessions with clients during business hours, we are rarely able to answer phone calls.

  • Yes, all of our therapists are able to incorporate a Christian faith and worldview into counseling. However, this isn't forced or required. Clients may choose not to discuss faith in counseling if they prefer. Your therapist will be professional and respectful of your wishes regarding spiritual conversations.

  • It depends on the service you're receiving, and credentials of the therapist. We also offer scholarships and discounts for those that can't afford our standard rates. Depending on discounts and therapist credentials, your rate may be somewhere between $20-$130. We would be happy to discuss your rate in more detail if you contact us.

  • Yes, we accept some forms of insurance. Only some of our therapists are able to accept insurance, so you will need to confirm with your therapist that they are “in-network” with your insurance company. We currently have therapists that can accept the following: Aetna, BCBS/Anthem, Cigna, and Optum/UHC/UMR.

  • Typically, sessions are 50-55 minutes in length and includes time for scheduling and billing.

  • No. We do not offer free counseling, although we do offer significant discounts and scholarships.
